CodeForFree exists to democratize agentic software engineering for Indian developers at ₹0 at the point of use.
CodeForFree is building an economic exchange layer around AI-assisted creation. The CLI, web, desktop, and other interfaces are delivery surfaces for useful agentic software work.
We are testing whether the economic value generated around an active developer can cover the true cost of useful agentic compute, so the developer does not necessarily have to pay for that compute directly.
What SKY does

What exists today
- SKY CLI prototype: A client for specifying task scopes, streaming execution logs, and reviewing diffs under internal founder evaluation.
- Waitlist system: Double opt-in early access queue with durable consent tracking.
What is currently being tested
- Sandboxed workspace execution: Isolated execution boundaries designed to run project tests without exposing host secrets.
- Model routing efficiency: Context caching and tiered model dispatching to minimize marginal compute consumption.
- Attributed usage ingestion: Measuring developer interaction trajectories to validate real compute economics.
What has changed on this website
- Brand wave visual system: Continuous scroll-linked field established across the public presentation layer.
What is not yet proven
The ₹0 economic sustainability model remains an experimental hypothesis under active investigation. We state this plainly rather than present certainty we do not have. Monetization channels and pricing structures will be validated against measured compute costs before general availability.
Early-access batches will open as stability and economic benchmarks are met. Joining the waitlist is the only current path to early access.
