Policies

How CodeForFree handles data, the terms of this website and early access, fair-use expectations, and our security posture.

Privacy Notice

What we collect
When you join the SKY waitlist, we collect your email address, your confirmation state, the notice version you accepted, and limited delivery and security records needed to operate the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your request, manage early-access invitations, protect the service from abuse, and send waitlist updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.
Who processes it
CodeForFree controls the waitlist. Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. Resend delivers transactional email. Each provider processes data only for the service it supplies.
Retention and choices
Specific retention, deletion, and session-cleanup mechanics remain under technical implementation and review. Every confirmation message includes a way to leave the waitlist.

The SKY data boundary. SKY is not yet publicly available. As we build it, our policy is that proprietary code, secrets and private repository files are never included in public or contributed datasets, and any contributed developer interaction data is opt-in and explicitly disclosed before it is used.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email hello@codeforfree.in.

Website Terms

Website status

SKY is an agentic coding environment in development. The product scenes on this website illustrate a direction and do not represent a released capability, service level, price, or guarantee.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. CodeForFree may open, pause, or revoke early access in controlled batches while the product is tested. Any future pricing, quotas, or usage limits will be published before they apply.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive submissions, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes

These terms may change as SKY develops. Material changes will be published with a new effective version.

Fair Use

Purpose

SKY early access is intended for real product-building evaluation. Capacity may be limited so that invited builders receive a reliable experience.

Responsible use

Do not share access credentials, evade limits, disrupt other users, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Enforcement

CodeForFree may pause or revoke access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the integrity of the early-access program. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a contact path.

Security Policy

Supported versions

Security fixes are applied to the default branch unless a release-specific policy is documented.

Reporting a vulnerability

Use this repository's private GitHub vulnerability- reporting channel. Do not disclose suspected secrets, personal data, exploit details, recordings, or customer data in a public issue.

A report should include the affected version or commit, impact, minimal reproduction, and suggested mitigation when known.

Rotate an exposed credential immediately; reporting it does not revoke it.

AI-assisted changes

AI-generated code is untrusted until a human reviews the complete diff, dependency changes, tests, build scripts, workflows, permissions, network access, and rollback path. An AI review is not a substitute for an accountable human owner.

Runtime isolation

Canonical product principles call for isolated, quota-capped, non-root execution with zero host-secret exposure. Proprietary code and private files are never used without permission.
